Distance sales agreement
Parties
This distance sales agreement has been concluded electronically between the first party (Seller) and the second party (Buyer) under the following conditions:

Order and Delivery
The Buyer accepts this agreement by placing an order on the website. The Seller undertakes to deliver the product to the Buyer as soon as possible from the date of receiving the Buyer's order. The delivery time may vary depending on the Buyer's address and region. The Seller will take all necessary precautions for the delivery of the product.
Price and Payment
The sales price of the products is specified above. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this price when placing an order. Payment will be made with the payment method preferred by the Buyer. Payment must be made after order confirmation.
Cancellation and Return
In the event that the Buyer is not satisfied with the product after delivery, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The shipping costs of the returned products are borne by the Buyer.
Dispute Resolution
The Istanbul (or any other city agreed upon by the parties) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.
Other Provisions
This agreement constitutes the sole agreement between the Parties. Any amendments to this agreement are possible only with the written agreement between the Parties.
Communication
Written communication between the Parties will be made to the addresses specified in this agreement or to new addresses by written notification.
Effectiveness
This agreement shall enter into force on the date accepted by the Parties.
